Phase 1 contains 16 servings of ground organic pumpkin seeds and flaxseeds. Take 1-2 level tablespoons daily with food for the first half of your menstrual cycle (typically days 1-14*).
Phase 2 contains 16 servings of ground organic sunflower seeds and sesame seeds. Take 1-2 level tablespoons daily with food for the second half of your menstrual cycle (typically days 15-28*).
